Mixed Level Vinyasa
A slower paced offering that allows for additional instruction and modification of poses. Emphasis on alignment, breathing and the fundamental elements of a solid yoga practice.

Open Vinyasa
A flowing class that permeates your mind and body. More postures and a warmer environment lead to a deeper yoga experience. A multi-level class designed for personal challenge and discovery. Prior yoga experience recommended.

Pilates
This hour-long class adheres to the principles set forth by Joseph Pilates. Weighted balls, bands and rings are used and provided by the studio for student use. This offering is designed to strengthen and tone the body with emphasis on the body's core.

Yo-kick
Exclusively at studio zen. A nicely choreographed class
working the whole body. A bit faster paced than the
other classes here at studio zen, it encourages increased
coordination and focus. Sneakers are needed for this class
only. Prepare for a full body workout!

Each teacher at studio zen teaches very differently, bringing seperate insights and flavors to the practice. Yoga and pilates are designed to compliment the needs of the day and the practitioner. Morning classes start slower to suit the time of day. Afternoon classes tend to be more physically challenging. Open vinyasa classes are heated classes and evening open classes tend to bemore intense than morning. Mats,blocks and ties are available for student use. A towel and water are recomended
