Welcome back Kelly!
Kelly has returned to teaching after giving birth to her second son,
Liam Patrick, on April 9th. She is looking forward to getting back to her practice and students after a much deserved break.

Rt.103 Bridge Closed
The Rt.103 bridge will be closed as of March 3rd. We have moved our afternoon classes back 15 minutes to allow for extra traffic. If you are late because of traffic, don’t go home, slip past the sign and please join the class, you will probably need it more than ever! We would also like to suggest rather than following the detour signs off of exit 4, continue to exit 3 (Swansea mall exit). Bear right off the exit take a left at the first light (Maple Ave) and go straight through the stop sign, at the next light, take a left onto Rt.103. The studio will be a half mile up on the right.
